About The Telephone Man
I have been involved in telephone engineering for over 40 years. As a BT employee I successfully completed my telecom apprenticeship and worked for them for many years. With the liberalization of the telecom market I went on to work for other emerging telephone companies and then formed my own service company in 1999.
The break up of the BT monopoly and the introduction of broadband has presented many opportunities, choices and savings, but has also created gaps in service. In my years of experience working for telephone companies, and now as The Telephone Man, I am very aware of these problems and provide solutions for them.
