Sophie Wakelin Reflexology provides clinical reflexology and specialises in Duopody reflexology where both feet are treated at the same time creating a deep sense of calm and balance.

Reflexology has so many benefits including:- stress relief, pain management, sleep improvement, hormonal balance, immune system support, circulatory & lymphatic health, menstrual & menopausal symptoms and respiratory conditions. Reflexology is not a cure, and is often used alongside conventional treatments as a complementary therapy as it supports the body's own natural ability to heal.

I specialise in NEPIP which is a technique exclusively used by Level 5 Practitioners. It focuses on the nervous, endocrine, limbic and immune systems to specifically target stress. It is a wonderful technique which promotes deep relaxation.

I also specialise in CALM which is an energy focused technique to release blocked energetic paths which may accumulate due to stress. It is also an ideal treatment for palliative care.

Treatments are also available on the hands which is ideal for someone suffering with arthritis.
