View BusinessI have been in financial services for many years, and I decided several years ago that I wanted to specialise in later life finance to help customers over 55, because I love how rewarding it is to help the older generation of people achieve their (sometimes life changing) financial goals. I focus on lifetime mortgages/retirement mortgages and equity release advice.
My clients are always so grateful for my help, and I am proud to work with Viva, whose values and dedication to providing great advice solutions align with the ethics I pride myself on in helping my customers.
By accessing the equity in their hard earned homes, I can help ease any financial pressure my customers, or their families, might have, and I love how rewarding that is! It all started with my own father looking into equity release, and once I understood it, I actively encouraged him to proceed, because it would allow him a better quality of life into his retirement and ensure he didn't have to work every hour sent!
I'm a whole of market advisor, which means I'll look at all the lenders and products available in the market to find the best rate/product for you, and the flexibility available that might be needed.
Being a great advisor is more than knowing about the market, it's about seeing each person as a complete individual, with their own life, hopes, goals and wishes! Understanding what people want to achieve, and then how best to reach their goals for them; both short term and long term. I love it, and I feel it is my main purpose in life to make the lives of other people easier and more fulfilling; rather than just grinding away because they 'have to', and just working/living to exist and pay bills!
I look forward to helping you, and/or your family soon.
A lifetime mortgage is a long-term commitment which could accumulate interest and is secured against your home. Equity release is not right for everyone and may reduce the value of your estate.
