I provide coaching for late diagnosed ADHD Women who have tried all of the strategies and found none of them work!

My coaching goes deeper than traditional coaching, we work with your subconscious and look at the conditioning that you have experienced that shapes your behaviour. My belief is that many of the struggles that we experience as neurodivergent women come from the shame, and conditioning we carry as a result of growing up in a world that didn’t understand us.

This is where my work focuses. Not on strategies to get you to do more but unburdening some of the weight that you carry because of your conditioning. I help you to reconnect with your inner voice and find self-acceptance and self-trust so you can build a life that is aligned to you.
