Christmas Shopping Evening
When: Wednesday 22nd November, 7pm-9pm

Support your community by doing a little Christmas shopping at Ethelbert Road Primary School, where you’ll find all sorts of gifts and crafts made by local artists and artisans.
Luxury Gift Wrapping Course
When: Saturday 25th November, 10am-4pm
Where: The Farmhouse Creative, Tenterden
Learn to wrap like a professional, and just in time for Christmas! In this quick one day course, you’ll learn all about picking the right wrapping paper, how to wrap presents that are oddly shaped, and how to add a finishing touch to your wrapping.
Autumn Charity Concert
When: Thursday 23rd November
Where: The Old Synagogue, Canterbury
If you’re not quite ready to embrace the Christmas period just yet, this could be the perfect event for you. The Autumn Charity Concert will be performed by local musicians from Canterbury, and they’ll performing a whole range of music. Whatever your musical taste, you’re bound to love this event.
Chatham Dockside Christmas Market
When: 24th November (open until 24th December)
Where: Chatham Dockside Outlet
Chatham Dockside Christmas Market is one of Kent’s most popular German Christmas markets. It’s a truly magical day out, with crafts and decorations to buy, as well as unique Christmas gifts. You also won’t be disappointed by the festive refreshments.
On Saturday 25th November, there’ll be live music and festivities as part of the light switch on event.
Quiz Night
When: Friday 24th November, 7pm-10:45pm
Where: Tovil Working Men’s Club
Get your team together for a charity quiz at Tovil Working Men’s Club. It’s 6 people per team, and £5 entry per person. There are even prizes to be won!
Strode Park Christmas Fair
When: Saturday 25th November, 10:30am-1:30pm
Where: Strode Park
If your kids love reindeers, take them along to this Christmas fair and they’ll get to meet real reindeers. Reg E Mental (children’s entertainer) will also be making an appearance, and there’ll also be a Santa’s grotto.
There’s also fun for adults too, with stalls to browse and festive refreshments to enjoy.
Norton Christmas Fair
When: Saturday 25th November, 10am-2pm
Where: Norton Village Hall
At this Christmas fair, you’ll have the chance to see Father Christmas and his reindeers. So it’s definitely a family and children friendly event.
Blackthorn Trust Christmas Fair
When: Saturday 25th November, 10:30am-2:30pm
Where: Blackthorn Trust, St Andrew’s Road, Maidstone
At this Christmas fair, you’ll find plenty of stalls for browsing gifts, crafts, and refreshments – a lot of which will be handmade! If you want to get all the family involved though, there are fun games and activities to keep the young and the old alike entertained.
